Industrial cleaning services for facilities that never stand still.
Professional warehouse cleaning, factory janitorial services and manufacturing facility cleaning across Niagara Region. Reliable recurring programs built around your people, production schedules and workplace standards.
Built for the realities of industrial work.
A warehouse is not an office with taller ceilings. Forklift traffic, production dust, shipping activity, heavy-use employee spaces and changing shifts all demand a thoughtful industrial cleaning plan.
Niagara Regional Cleaning provides industrial cleaning services in Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, Port Colborne, Fort Erie, Fonthill/Pelham and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our recurring cleaning programs help manufacturing plants, factories, warehouses, distribution facilities and industrial offices maintain professional, presentable workplaces.
We start by learning the building: how many washrooms are in use, which corridors carry the most traffic, whether lunchrooms require daily attention, where fine dust accumulates and what equipment is already available on site. We then design a scope around the areas we are authorized to clean, rather than promising a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Our work focuses on general facility janitorial cleaning and approved production-support areas. Specialized hazardous-material remediation, machinery maintenance and confined-space cleaning are outside a routine janitorial scope unless separately assessed and appropriately arranged.

Every zone. Its own standard.
From manufacturing floors to lunchrooms and laboratories, the best industrial cleaning programs recognize that different spaces require different tools, procedures and frequencies.

Warehouse & distribution cleaning
Recurring warehouse floor cleaning, entrances, aisles where permitted, employee areas, receiving-area support spaces and high-traffic circulation routes. Floor methods are selected for your surface and traffic.

Factory & manufacturing cleaning
General factory janitorial service for approved production-support spaces, floors, dust-prone areas, accessible surfaces, waste receptacles and adjoining administrative spaces.

Lunchrooms, lockers & washrooms
High-use employee washrooms, sinks, fixtures, partitions, breakroom tables, counters, appliance exteriors, locker areas and common touchpoints cleaned on a dependable schedule.

Labs, offices and clean shared environments.
Industrial properties often include office suites, quality-control support rooms, staff kitchens, boardrooms, visitor entrances and laboratory-adjacent areas. These spaces benefit from detailed, consistent cleaning even when the larger facility is in constant motion.
We clean approved laboratory support spaces according to site direction and agreed procedures; we do not represent routine janitorial work as laboratory decontamination. For industrial offices, our scope may include desks and accessible surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, garbage and recycling, glass, doors, baseboards and dusting.
For more detailed administrative-area requirements, explore our professional office cleaning services. Facilities with multiple departments can combine office and industrial janitorial tasks in one coordinated recurring plan.
Professional standards you can verify.
Facility managers need dependable access procedures, trained cleaners, appropriate products and clear documentationβnot vague promises.

WHMIS

Cleaner equipment. Better separation. More consistent results.
Our teams use colour-coded microfibre cloths to help prevent cross-use between washrooms, kitchens, offices and heavier-duty industrial areas. Depending on the approved scope, we use HEPA-filtered vacuums, appropriate degreasers, professional mops and floor-care equipment. Industrial sites may also have onsite autoscrubbers available for authorized floor work.
Cleaning products and procedures are chosen for the surface, soil type, safety information and site requirements. Our standard service includes professional cleaning tools and supplies for the agreed work.

Our colour-coded microfibre cloths help keep cleaning tools separated by area and task.

βWe just started working with Niagara Regional Cleaning, and it has been a fantastic experience from the first moment. Rob came out the same day I called to give us a price and they started the following day. Their work is exceptional and the washrooms have never been cleaner. Great job!β

Industrial cleaning close to your facility.
From the QEW industrial corridors and Niagara Falls’ manufacturing districts to the Welland Canal, Thorold industrial parks, Port Colborne production facilities and Fort Erie’s logistics routes, our service area covers Niagara’s working economy.
We provide warehouse cleaning in Niagara Falls, factory cleaning in Thorold, manufacturing facility cleaning in Port Colborne, industrial janitorial service in Welland and recurring industrial cleaning across the region. We also serve St. Catharines, Fonthill/Pelham, Niagara-on-the-Lake and Fort Erie. The exact service plan depends on the property, scope and frequency.
Industrial cleaning pricing starts with the building.
A 10,000-square-foot warehouse with two washrooms requires a different scope from a manufacturing plant with multiple lunchrooms, offices, entrances and production-support areas. That’s why we quote industrial janitorial work after reviewing the site.
Our standard commercial cleaning rate is $50 per cleaner per hour, plus HST, with professional tools, supplies and cleaning chemicals included for the agreed scope. Your estimate sets out expected labour time, cleaning frequency and any special equipment considerations. Client-paid consumables, such as paper products and soap, are separate.
We focus on recurring industrial cleaning contracts rather than one-time residential, Airbnb or post-construction cleaning. Whether you need nightly washroom care, weekly warehouse floor attention or a mixed schedule, our goal is dependable service without unnecessary disruption.

Built for Demanding Environments.
