Better cleaners.
Better results.
Before the test drive, they notice the details.
Customers may spend minutes inspecting a vehicle and just seconds forming an impression of your dealership. Fingerprints on entrance glass, dusty reception counters, marked showroom tiles or an untidy waiting room can undermine a premium sales experience.
Niagara Regional Cleaning Inc. provides dedicated car dealership cleaning services, auto showroom janitorial cleaning and recurring dealership facility maintenance for Niagara businesses. Our cleaning programs cover customer-facing areas and agreed staff or service-side spaces, with schedules designed around showroom hours and service department activity.
We work with local commercial clients, including CMH Auto Superstore in St. Catharines. Rather than imposing a generic office checklist, we define priorities around vehicle displays, floor finishes, customer traffic, glass, washrooms and staff workspaces.

Every surface supports the sale.
Our dealership janitorial programs focus on the spaces customers notice and the back-of-house areas employees depend on. Scope and frequency are customized during a walkthrough.
Showroom floors & displays
Floor vacuuming and surface-appropriate mopping, perimeter edges, entrance matting, visible dust and approved accessible areas around display vehicles.
Glass, entrances & reception
Interior entrance glass, fingerprints, door handles, reception counters, display-adjacent surfaces and the high-traffic arrival path.
Waiting lounges & coffee stations
Seating areas, tables, counters, accessible touchpoints, waste removal and customer refreshment spaces that stay busy throughout the day.
Sales offices & meeting rooms
Desk-side floors, boardrooms, shared surfaces, windowsills, baseboards and accessible workstation areas cleaned with attention to privacy.
Customer & employee washrooms
Fixtures, sinks, mirrors, toilets, partitions, floors, touchpoints and consumable restocking when products are provided by the dealership.
Service reception & staff rooms
Service-advisor areas, corridors, lunchrooms and approved non-hazardous support spaces. Specialized workshop hazards remain outside standard janitorial scope.

A spotless showroom without slowing down sales.
We understand that dealerships have two very different rhythms: the polished showroom experience and the practical demands of a busy service department. Our recurring janitorial plans respect both.
Morning, evening and after-close cleaning can be arranged based on access and staffing. A site-specific checklist helps cleaners prioritize floor presentation, glass, customer seating, washrooms and high-touch surfaces without interfering with vehicles, confidential paperwork or active repair operations.
For tiled and other hard showroom floors, we assess the surface and use suitable methods to limit streaking and residue. For sales offices and lounges, we focus on detail work, accessible dusting, glass and touchpoints. The goal is a consistent standard that dealership managers can see, not simply a completed shift.
From the entrance glass to the final floor pass.
Auto dealerships have a unique mix of surfaces: showroom tile, glass partitions, reception counters, upholstered waiting areas, office flooring and staff facilities. Every material deserves the right approach.
Our cleaners use professional microfibre systems, HEPA-filtered vacuums where appropriate, floor-care equipment and chemicals selected for the specific surface. We use colour-coded cloths to separate washrooms from staff kitchens, desks and counters, and heavier-duty tasks. Yellow is reserved for exam and treatment rooms when applicable at healthcare sites; red for washrooms, green for staff kitchens, blue for desks and counters, and orange for heavy-duty work.
For dealership work, the most relevant separation is between red washroom cloths, green kitchen cloths, blue customer and office surfaces, and orange heavy-duty tasks. We follow product labels, WHMIS training and agreed site procedures. Cleaning staff do not handle vehicles, perform automotive detailing or treat hazardous workshop spills as routine janitorial work.

Clear scope. Reliable schedule. Consistent results.
We create a recurring dealership cleaning plan around the building, the people using it and the details that matter to management.

Auto dealership cleaning FAQs.
What does professional car dealership cleaning include?
A recurring dealership cleaning program can include showroom floors, glass and entrance doors, reception desks, customer lounges, sales offices, staff kitchens, washrooms, garbage removal, accessible touchpoints and detailed perimeter work. The exact scope is agreed during your walkthrough.
Can you clean dealerships after closing?
Yes. We offer evening and after-hours auto dealership janitorial services to help avoid disruption to vehicle sales, customer appointments and service department operations. We confirm keys, alarms, access restrictions and your preferred schedule before starting.
Do you clean showroom tile and polished floors?
Yes. We select appropriate vacuuming, mopping and floor-care methods for the actual surface, soil load and manufacturer instructions. Our objective is a clean, professional presentation without unnecessary residue, streaking or damage to finishes.
