Medical & dental office cleaning, without compromise.
Reliable, detail-driven medical office cleaning and dental clinic janitorial services across Niagara Region. Thoughtful cleaning programs for patient-facing facilities, treatment spaces, reception areas and shared medical buildings.
Clean spaces build confidence before the appointment begins.
Patients notice a clinic’s condition long before they meet their healthcare provider. A spotless entrance, cared-for floors, fresh washrooms and tidy treatment environments help your team create a professional first impression.
Niagara Regional Cleaning provides recurring medical office cleaning, dental office cleaning and healthcare janitorial services for clinics across Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, Fonthill, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Port Colborne and Fort Erie. We coordinate service schedules with practice managers, building administrators and healthcare teams.
We know that a medical building is not an ordinary office. Every practice has its own access requirements, patient flow, surface materials and environmental cleaning responsibilities. Our cleaning scope is agreed in advance and our team follows documented instructions so nothing important gets lost between shifts.
Our experience includes recurring cleaning at Fort Erie Medical Group and Carlton Dental, with attention to the practical realities of busy medical and dental workplaces.

Clinic cleaning for every kind of practice.
From dental operatories to family medicine offices and allied health clinics, our medical janitorial programs are tailored to your facility—not copied from a generic commercial checklist.
Medical clinics & family practices
A reliable medical office cleaning program supports the daily work of physicians, nurses, administrative staff and patients. Our teams clean agreed non-clinical and environmental surfaces in reception areas, consultation rooms, corridors, washrooms and staff spaces. High-touch areas are identified during onboarding so cleaners know where to focus every visit.
Medical office cleaning is more than an attractive lobby. It requires clear responsibilities, appropriate product use, disciplined cloth separation and reliable documentation of the agreed scope.

Dental offices & treatment spaces
Dental office cleaning needs close attention to waiting areas, reception counters, staff kitchens, floors, washrooms and agreed treatment-room environmental surfaces. We coordinate with your practice on which surfaces are prepared by clinical staff and which are included in the janitorial checklist.
We do not present ordinary cleaning as instrument sterilization or replace the dental practice’s infection prevention protocols. Instead, our job is to deliver dependable environmental cleaning that complements them.

Multi-tenant medical buildings
Medical buildings often contain several practices, shared corridors, entrance doors, elevators, public washrooms and waiting areas. Our cleaning programs can account for both individual suites and common areas, with consistent schedules and defined responsibility for every zone.
For property managers, our goal is to make cleanliness predictable: clean entrances, presentable floors, serviced washrooms and prompt communication when a concern needs attention.

Physiotherapy, chiropractic & wellness clinics
Physiotherapy clinics, chiropractic offices, massage therapy spaces and allied health practices experience different traffic patterns and surface demands. We customize cleaning around treatment rooms, change areas, reception, staff spaces and the cleaning tasks assigned to your facility team.
We pay particular attention to corners, baseboards, vents, touchpoints and floor edges—the details that can be missed when cleaning is rushed.

Every room has a purpose. Every task has a standard.
A customized medical and dental office cleaning checklist makes expectations clear and helps your practice maintain consistent presentation between patient visits.

Our five-step medical cleaning process.
Dependable healthcare cleaning starts before the first shift. We establish the scope, the products, the people and the quality expectations with your facility contact.
Review layout, patient traffic, materials and environmental cleaning boundaries.
Agree on tasks, frequencies, touchpoints, exclusions and responsibilities.
Coordinate keys, alarms, after-hours access and preferred service times.
Use appropriate tools, colour separation and product instructions.
Inspect details, address feedback and adjust scope when needs change.

Thoughtful separation. Appropriate products. Clear responsibilities.
Our cleaning routines are informed by infection prevention and control (IPAC) principles, including cleaning from cleaner to dirtier areas, observing disinfectant label instructions and required contact times, and using separate cleaning materials for different zones. Our team receives WHMIS and workplace safety training.
We work with your clinic to identify appropriate products and surfaces. Cleaning and disinfection are distinct processes, and a product must be used as directed to achieve its stated disinfection claims. Our cleaners do not substitute for regulated clinical reprocessing or sterilization personnel.
For medical and dental practices, this distinction matters. Environmental cleaning supports a well-maintained facility while the practice retains control of its clinical infection-prevention procedures, patient-care equipment, sharps and regulated waste.
Explore our credentials ↗Separate cloths. Cleaner workflows.
Our colour-coded cloths help our teams keep treatment-room, washroom, kitchen, office and heavy-duty cleaning materials separated. Every colour has a defined purpose in our site-specific cleaning procedures.

Yes. We provide recurring environmental cleaning and janitorial services for medical practices, dental clinics, multi-tenant medical buildings and allied health facilities throughout Niagara Region.
Can you clean exam rooms and dental treatment rooms?
Yes, for the agreed environmental surfaces and tasks assigned to the janitorial team. Clinical equipment reprocessing, instrument sterilization and clinical procedures remain the responsibility of qualified clinical personnel.
Do you follow IPAC practices?
Our cleaning programs incorporate infection prevention and control principles such as appropriate product contact times, separating cleaning cloths by area and working from cleaner to dirtier surfaces. Your facility’s own policies and applicable professional requirements take precedence.
Are you insured and WSIB covered?
We maintain $2 million in commercial liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Documentation is available on our Insurance & Certifications page.
What is your colour-coded cloth system?
Yellow is designated for exam and treatment rooms, red for washrooms, green for staff kitchens, blue for desks and counters, and orange for heavy-duty work. Cleaners follow site-specific instructions to avoid cross-use.
Can you clean after hours?
Yes. We coordinate evening, overnight and other recurring cleaning schedules around patient appointments, building access, alarms and staff requirements.
Do you supply chemicals and equipment?
Our standard recurring rate includes professional cleaning equipment, tools and chemicals for the agreed scope. Facility consumables such as paper towels and soap are purchased by the client and may be restocked by our team.
How much does medical office cleaning cost?
Our standard commercial rate is $50 per cleaner-hour plus HST. The final scope and schedule depend on size, number of rooms, frequency, floor types and other site requirements.
Do you handle regulated medical waste?
Not as part of ordinary janitorial service. Sharps, biomedical waste and regulated disposal must be managed under the facility’s approved procedures and applicable requirements.
Which Niagara communities do you serve?
Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Thorold, Welland, Fonthill/Pelham, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Port Colborne and Fort Erie, including surrounding commercial areas.
