Includes a Standard Clean, plus: baseboards, windows & window sills, door knobs & door handles, light switches, underneath beds & furniture and vents. $45/hr +HST (per cleaner). 4 hour minimum which usually covers a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home around 1,000 square feet.*

AIRBNB CLEANING

Airbnb Turnover

Our cleaners start with a site inspection; if any damage or left behind items are found, they will be reported with pictures before we begin. A Standard Clean is performed, plus: doing laundry on-site, restocking of guest supplies, taking and supplying photos. $45/hr +HST (per cleaner). 2 hour minimum which is usually sufficient for homes up to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms and around 1000 square feet.*

POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING

Renovation Cleaning

$45/hr +HST (per cleaner). Our most thorough clean involves heavy duty equipment to ensure we have the right tools, for the right job. Each home is carefully cleaned down to the finest details such as door hinges, twice! We have our own specifications with the highest of standards, or we can work to your specs just as well.*
