Do I need to supply the cleaning supplies?
No! We use all our own tools & supplies. If you have specific items you’d prefer our cleaners to use in your home or business (ie: central vac, steam mop, green cleaning supplies, etc), you can make this request upon booking your service.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes! All of our cleaners are insured & bonded and WHMIS certified. All cleaners are covered under our $2 million liability insurance, as well as the Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB).
What if I need to cancel my service?
That’s not a problem! We’d be happy to cancel or re-schedule your service free of charge, with 24 hours’ or more written notice (by text or by email). Notice to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all! As long as our cleaners can get into the property, you do not need to be home during the service.
How do I pay for my services?
For Commercial: We provide Net-15 terms, but are happy to discuss payment terms that will suit your business’ operations. Payments can be made by electronic bank transfer, credit card, or cheque.
For Residential: We don’t take any money up front! We accept payment through e-transfer, credit card, or cheque. After your service is complete, we will send you an invoice through Quickbooks, which can be paid anytime within 24 hours with an e-transfer (credit card payments are also available, with a 3% banking fee charge). If you wish to make payment by cheque, please leave the payment for the cleaner to collect at the end of your service.
Do you provide after-hours cleaning for offices and businesses?
Yes we do – We currently look after many businesses providing nightly janitorial services and would be thrilled to look after your property as well.
